• Our warehouse processes and ships all orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding major holidays).
• Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days.
• After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.
• USPS and FedEx is our primary shipping carriers.
• Some orders may be shipped from our Amazon FBA Fulfillment Center or directly from our Chair Surfer factory in South Korea.
• Depending on your shipping address and service selected, packages are delivered within 1~5 days from the date of shipment.
